1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OpenFuture's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

OpenFuture provides design and strategic consulting services through our 1K Protocol program. Each session is a fixed 5-hour engagement with clearly defined deliverables agreed upon prior to the session.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of booking. The session fee is $1,000 USD per session. Optional add-ons are available at additional cost. All fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created during the session become the exclusive property of the client. OpenFuture retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows will forfeit the full session fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

OpenFuture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
